Finn never expected one single ice cream could be so expensive.

But all the people around him were classmates. If he made a scene about the price and refused to buy, it’d be a little embarrassing.

The shopkeeper shrugged, muttering under her breath, but walked over to the freezer and pulled out the last five.

The girls couldn’t stop swooning over Finn’s chiseled good looks, and even Yasmin, the recently crowned campus queen, was clearly impressed.
As Finn came back to his senses, he noticed Yasmin’s beauty too. But he had no intention of fawning over her. That’s probably why he stayed single through all four years of college.
One of the girls piped up, "Hey, Finn, how about you buy us some ice cream?"

Hearing this, Finn smirked and turned to the group.

The girls exchanged looks of disbelief, clearly feeling awkward after what they had just said about him.

She gave a sweet smile, leaning in close, and for a moment, Finn felt all eyes in the store on him.
Outside, a group of male students walked by, their jaws practically on the floor.
"Holy crap, isn’t that Yasmin, the campus queen?"
"Man, she’s the girl of my dreams. How is she hanging out with Finn?"
Noticing the envious stares, Finn awkwardly withdrew his arm. "Well, I’ll leave the ice creams here. Gotta run, I’ve got some things to take care of."
He couldn’t afford to deal with the attention, so he made his escape. Just as he was about to walk out the door, Yasmin called after him.
"Wait, Finn!"
He stopped and turned back. He had to admit, Yasmin looked stunning. Her long, dark hair cascaded over her shoulders, her features perfect, her skin like porcelain. Her bright eyes had undoubtedly stolen the hearts of many.
Her bright and clear eyes, each frown or smile unknown to how many single dogs she has captivated.
Even Finn felt his heart skip a beat.
"Yasmin, is there something else?" he asked, trying to keep his cool.
Yasmin hesitated for a moment, then asked, "Finn, I was just wondering... do you have a girlfriend?"
